Our 501(c)(3) Charitable Programs & Community Impact
Public Grantmaking & Charitable Assistance: As part of our tax-exempt mission, we periodically receive, review, and fulfill grant requests to support qualifying charitable initiatives, community projects, and individuals in need across the greater Central Texas area.
Charitable Fund Administration (RAF): Independent of Westminster Senior Living (a separate operating entity), our association serves as the administrative authority for the Residents’ Appreciation Fund (RAF), collecting voluntary resident donations to distribute annual appreciation grants to non-leadership facility staff employed by Westminster Senior Living.
Educational Endowments & Public Support: We maintain and oversee permanent educational endowments at Austin Community College for food service and healthcare disciplines, alongside supporting local literacy and worship programs.
Health, Human Services & Special Care Outreach: We manage structured volunteer programs providing compassionate visitation, care coordination, and direct supportive assistance to individuals in Assisted Living, Health Care, and Memory Support units.
Cultural & Educational Programming: We curate community educational series, publish regional literary journals (Westminster Writers Journal), and manage arts initiatives to advance community education and cultural enrichment.
